Great all around club!
I had been looking for a club to close the gap between my 3 wood and 4 hybrid. I liked the Krank Fire 3 wood so much I got the 5 wood with the X Stiff Speeder shaft. I have played at least 30 rounds with it and it has been amazing. I have been able to fill in the 230y to 250y shot and a lot of the time I will use it off the tee box. I like this club so much I think I’m going to replace my 4 hybrid with the Krank Fire 7 wood!

Fairway weapon
I'm hitting this club 10 yards further than my current 3 wood and more consistently. With a slightly larger face than my current woods making solid contact is much less of an issue. The club just performed like a weapon on the course continuing to leave my jaw dropped shot after shot. Beautiful presentation, the club just looks aggressive from the second its in your hands. Power draw went further than all of my playing partner's drives. Stringers were no problem keeping the ball under the wind. Just an all around fun club to play, will be a main stay in the bag for next season for sure. Went with a slightly shortened shaft and I doubt ill be regretting leaving a few yards on the table as a result this club more than makes up for it. Hitting the cover off my maxfli tour x balls was not anticipated will have to test this with some pro v1s my next round to see if it was just a coincidence.

Only gripe I have is the clubface scuffed slightly after my first round, but more likely user error with a damaged golf ball than an issue with the club. with great speed comes great responsibility, will be more prudent in the future checking for breaks in the cover of the golf ball after using this club.

avg with my callaway 3 wood is around 220, I'm averaging just under 240 with this 5 wood.

**Krank Formula FIRE 5 Wood Review**
**The Perfect Fairway Buddy!**

So, after falling head over heels for the Krank driver, I thought, "Why not give their 5 wood a go?" And I'm so glad I did. This Krank Formula FIRE 5 Wood is seriously cool.

First off, holding it just feels *right*. It's got this sturdy yet agile vibe going on, which I'm totally here for. With its 19-degree loft, I can already tell it's going to be my go-to for those challenging shots where I need the perfect mix of distance and control. And at $319.00, it's a decent price for what you're getting.

**A Quick Dive into the Details:**
- **Shaft:** That FUJIKURA SPEEDER X TOUR SHAFT? Yep, it's the real deal. It's got the right balance of speed and stability, which I think is going to give my game that extra edge.

- **Flex:** I went for the Stiff Flex. Feels just right for my swing. Powerful but still controlled.

- **Grip:** I'm loving the Tour Wrap Grip. It's grippy, even when it gets a bit humid out there, and the Mid size fits just right in my hand.

In short, if you're looking for a trusty 5 wood to add to your set, this one's a strong contender. I've only just begun replacing my fairway woods, and starting with this bad boy feels like a win. Plus, it feels good knowing I've got gear that’s both stylish and functional in my bag.
