If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your premium built clubs, Krank Golf® will assist you in changing your club to better fit your swing. All clubs sold to Arizona residents must receive their free lesson from the Kent Chase Golf Academy, Phoenix, AZ. before any adjustments will be made to their driver. Krank Golf® only refunds in full un-hit drivers within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 480-699-5041. All repairs or replacement clubs will require additional shipping & handling charges.
Order Acceptance – All orders placed are accepted on the basis of prices and terms prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Krank Golf® (Seller) accepts Buyer’s order on the condition that Buyer assents to the Terms and Conditions as set forth below and waives any differing terms. If not in writing, such assent and waiver shall be evidenced either by the failure of the Buyer to object in writing within 10 days from the date of first receiving a copy of these Terms or by accepting delivery of the first shipment hereunder, whichever occurs first.
Terms & Prices – All prices are NET, F.O.B. Seller’s warehouse. Prices are subject to change without notice; prices in effect at time of delivery will apply.
Payment – We accept (a) credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover), (b) Prepaid Bank Money Orders and certified checks. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks, regardless of the face amount. Seller retains ownership of all goods until full payment is received.
Freight & Shipping Policy – All shipments are F.O.B. Phoenix, Arizona. Unless otherwise requested, shipments are delivered via FEDEX Ground Service. Freight is charged as shown in our Shipping Rate Chart and valid for the 48 contiguous United States . Because of size and weight limitations, shipments may arrive in more than one package. Shipping time is 3-5 buisness days from when order is placed until it is shipped out of warehouse, Please wait 5 business days after shipping time for all parcels to arrive before contacting us.
Out of Stock – We carry a large inventory of all catalog items, however, from time to time our supply is exhausted. If an item is temporarily out of stock it will not delay delivery of the portion of your order, which is in stock, unless requested.
Shortage/Damaged Goods – For damages or shortages occurring during shipping, Buyer shall make claim against the carrier. Such claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within ten (10) days of invoice date. Seller must receive all claims for shortages or damages within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment.
Return Goods – No return merchandise will be accepted without valid cause and only with our authorization number. Also Krank Golf® will not refund hit products. All returns must be freight prepaid, must be accompanied by the original packing slip and or proof of purchase, and returned unhit within 30 days from the date of receipt. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply.
Warranty Duration – All goods are covered by a limited warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship at time of receipt of Product. Under normal usage, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from verified date of purchase seller will replace or repair any broken club once. Any additional breakage or breakages after 12 months will incur a repair fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping to and from Sellers location. If Seller deems damage to product is caused due to abuse, there will be no repair or replacement. Seller will repair or replace at his sole discretion. Seller’s responsibility is limited only to the price paid for the product.
Warranty Coverage – Our product is warranted against defective material or workmanship when used under normal playing conditions. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, commercial use, ball dents from miss hits on top or bottom of club head, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover third party workmanship and does not apply to normal wear and tear. If a third party alters product ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED. The warranty only covers products ordered directly from Krank Golf® or an authorized dealer. Long Drive drivers, any shaft breakage will incur a $99 replacement fee.
Warranty Performance – Simply obtain a return authorization number and return the defective product together with a copy of the purchase invoice within the warranty period. During the above twleve-month period, a product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product (at our option) when the product is returned. The replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the twelve-month warranty period. No repair change will be made for such replacement. IMPORTANT: You must call (480) 699-5041 for a return authorization number before returning any product. Shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.

Jurisdiction – The laws of the State of Arizona apply to this agreement between seller and Buyer.
